Friendly staff made the experience better! Our room was spacious and the AC was impressively cold.

Still, cleanliness was a strong issue. mold appeared in the bath and the carpet looked filthy.

The pool was clean and well kept. Free coffee available 24/7 was a nice touch. We also loved the banquet room for our family reunion!

Families seeking a decent stay

The staff was friendly , especially the night hostess who helped us navigate a few hiccups with our room. Breakfast was surprisingly good , with plenty of choices to fuel up before heading out.

We had a comfortable stay with clean rooms, and enjoyed the fun touch of finding my daughter's toys arranged creatively each morning. However, the breakfast selection was limited, and something in the room smelled musty that wasn't evident in the photos. I'd definitely choose this again, but with caution.

The king suite offered plenty of space to stretch out after a long journey. The beds felt nice, making it easy to catch up on sleep. I found the coffee available 24/7 a helpful touch, perfect for fueling up before hitting the road.

Had my share of hiccups here. The check-in dragged on for a brutal 45 minutes, and I encountered several broken ice machines across different floors. Breakfast left a lot to be desired—cold scrambled eggs, burnt sausage, and a limited selection that barely made me want to partake. The furniture also seemed a bit worn, and the hallways had an unsettling odor that might stick in your mind longer than you'd like. Not to mention, the bathroom needed some re-grouting and had a cleanliness vibe that was lacking.

Can recommend for a short break

Spacious room, convenient location, the hotel offers a fitness center and an indoor pool for relaxation after a day of exploring, and it's just a short drive from Savannah or Hilton Head Airport.

The front desk service seemed to lack consistency during my stay.

We loved the spacious suite which was great for our large family. The kids enjoyed the 42-inch LCD TV for some downtime after visiting the nearby factory outlet mall. The free shuttle service to the Old Town Trolley made exploring Savannah easy and fun!

My kids wished there were more pool activities for them to enjoy. Maybe adding some fun pool toys or games would enhance the experience for families.

If you're all about good eats, the local spots like Applebee's are just a hop away, perfect for grubbin'. The cleaning staff kept everything fresh and tidy every day, which is a big win in my book.

The lobby and hallways reeked of overdue renovations. that old-school vibe might need a little spice! Oh, and don’t even get me started on the pool situation—it was a major letdown for the kids.

Not just my room. some neighbors had similar complaints. On the bright side, the staff was nice, and they refunded my money right away when I brought up the issues.
